Ronique Coffie, LPCC
Ronique Coffie, MS, LPCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and co-owner of Transformation Life Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. Born and raised in the Hardin County area, her life goal has been to give back to her community. She brings extensive experience providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals and families, with a strong focus on serving minority and marginalized communities.
Ronique has worked across a variety of settings, including community-based mental health, inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, and collaborative systems involving schools, courts, and social service agencies. Her clinical experience includes supporting adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges related to trauma, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, substance use, and life transitions.
Ronique’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a strengths-based and client-centered framework. She believes healing occurs when individuals feel safe, empowered, and supported in understanding their experiences and reclaiming their sense of purpose. She emphasizes collaboration, cultural humility, and advocacy, recognizing the impact that systemic barriers and lived experiences have on mental health and overall well-being.

KaSandra Hogue, LCSW

KaSandra Hogue, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-owner of Transformation Life Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. A proud Kentucky native, KaSandra has been serving in the social work and mental health field since 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Murray State University and her Master of Social Work from Spalding University.

KaSandra has had the opportunity to support children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including school-based services, community mental health, outpatient therapy, residential treatment, clinical supervision, and behavioral health leadership. Over the years, she has worked with individuals and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, grief, life transitions, and other complex mental health needs.

KaSandra’s approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and centered on meeting people where they are. She understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and she strives to create a space where clients feel safe, welcomed, and supported without judgment. Her work is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered framework, while also honoring each person’s unique story, culture, and life experiences.
